Los autores ofrecen toda una gama de etiquetas sicológicas para describir el estado mental de Trump, con varios centrándose en el concepto de “narcisismo maligno” (un concepto desarrollado por el sicólogo humanista Erich Fromm para evaluar a Hitler y sus seguidores).
