Africa Must Rise High - We Have No Excuse!
There is an African proverb that goes, “Indecision is like a step child: if he does not wash his hands, he is called dirty, if he does, he is wasting water.” Most Africans are guilty, we are some sort of step children. We never can quite make up our minds, tottering between two decisions, running and sampling our options is what we seem to do best. If only we knew how much of our lives we waste in this wasteland of indecision!
Most of us are too afraid to make decisions. Often times we forget that it is only by crawling that a child learns to stand. No one expects us to just shoot up and be something. At least we should have faith in our abilities by building our own strength little by little. If we understood that to get lost is the only way that we would learn…
